Kryon is an exciting and dynamic art space situated on Amstel by the Canal, in the vibrant center of Amsterdam, right across the National Opera & Ballet (Stopera). The gallery features various kinds of visual art (paintings, photography, china, sculptures, jewellery, etc.) from all around the world by established international artists, but also by upcoming young talent.
The ethos behind Kryon is that of a collective and art community, where like-minded people can get together and discuss art, life, philosophy and collaborate with each other on art projects and exhibitions.
Founder Evren Icli says:
“Kryon is not only selling art; there is also teaching of art at Kryon, with trips to the beautiful tulip gardens of Keukenhof in Holland to amazing lavender fields in the Provence of France. Workshops at weekends are always creative and fun at Kryon. So we are more an art community than a gallery in that sense...”
Kryon is seen as a creative hub for artists, collectors, and art lovers alike to meet and mingle.
